Umm, I don’t feel like this was worth the money. For what I paid, I expected it to feel a lot better or at least look like it matched the price. What showed up just felt kind of underwhelming, and I was disappointed. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I trusted my gut and reached out to support about an issue with my account, and they got back to me after about a day. It took a few messages back and forth to fully sort everything out, but they were helpful and eventually fixed it. Overall, I’m happy with the support, I just wish the updates had come a bit quicker.

I was actually excited when the doll arrived, but that faded once I started handling it. At first glance it looked okay, but the material had this cheap feel to it, and the skin texture just seemed a bit off. After moving it around a little, I noticed the seams were messy and not finished very well. Then some parts started feeling loose way faster than I expected. It just didn’t feel sturdy or well made, which was disappointing.

The face details came out different from what I thought I had selected. I was expecting the instructions or preview to be a bit clearer so I could feel more confident about what the final customization would look like

Well, the box arrived with way more information on it than I expected, and it was clear what it was. Of course it showed up when other people were home too, because apparently that’s just my luck, so the whole thing was really embarrassing.

I reached out to customer service, but the response felt generic and like they were just brushing it off. Maybe I should’ve asked more questions before ordering, but if privacy is important to you, I personally wouldn’t take the chance.

I don’t remember every detail now, but the main thing that stuck with me is how long it took customer service to get back to me. Maybe they answered one part eventually, but it felt like I was waiting around forever, and it got annoying.
